I would like to say ty to Falcon Glen for the 2 years we lived there maintenance is fast and efficient neighbors keep to themselves and are not all in your business price is ok for the area only reason we moved is because we need a yard but other then that we would of gladly stayed so I recommend falcon glen personally :)

I read a lot of these one stars and they have the same Pattern. They complain and then they get denied and then they say they’re glad they dodged a bullet well in reality Falcon Glenn dodged a bullet. They’re weeding out the people that will give them problems. I had to sell my house move half my family out of state while I stay in Arizona with my son Lost a parent. I had to put another one in a nursing home and every time I need something done there right there if they call beforehand i’ve never had a problem with the staff. In fact, I had a disagreement with one of my payments and they worked with me on. It took away fees given my situation as it wasn’t my fault. In the end, if you’re honest, truthful and understanding that you’re not the only tenant they have to take care of And you pay your bills they’re very reasonable I’ve heard people talk about bugs or roaches. I’ve been there a year and haven’t had one bug in my place. I don’t know if these people are living next to someone that is dirty, but the world is full of them no matter where you go. You’re gonna find bugs. It’s a matter of you taking care of your own place properly. Some of these people need to grow up

So happy I moved in here! Office staff and maintenance staff are so great and efficient! Since I moved in I've had nothing but great things to say! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
