APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

My wife and I are considering relocating to Mesa and recently visited these apartments. We were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. Ricardo greeted us and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. We are definitely looking forward to becoming future tenants.

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience from start to finish. The property is very well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I immediately got the sense that it’s a safe and comfortable community in a good location. Ricardo, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He made the whole visit easy and informative, and his professionalism really stood out. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend checking this place out. I will be definitely renting here.

Currently looking for an apartment for my daughter and son that are going to be attending school in the valley, went to numerous apartment complex and didnt feel comfortable, as soon as we walked in we were greeted from the manager Ricardo and felt the warmth and safety for my kids. I have lived in multiple apartments and the experience and knowledge that i received from Ricardo was exceptional i will for sure be renting for my kids in this complex. Shout out to Ricardo for making me feel secure and safe leaving my kids in a complex where you are treated like family, besides the fact that the complex itself is very clean and well taken care of, for sure i recommend renting here and make sure you speak to the manager, awesome person.

I’ve had a great experience working with the front office staff worker Veronica ! She is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Communication is clear, and consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. Truly appreciate her help and positive attitude.

I would like to mention that I moved here almost a year ago and I’m so glad we did. Every time I called the office or I personally go into the front desk and Veronica or anyone is there , She always addressed my concerns or problems I may have at the apt. Veronica always makes sure my situations are directed to whoever need to be directed in order to fix it, to the manager or maintenance and then checks on us to make sure the job was done. Veronica has also help me with my iPad ( because I was having issues to make my payment) guiding me and explaining me how I needed to download the app and send my payment. I’m so glad because now I just make one click and the payment is done. I don’t have to go bank to get a M.O. or write a check. This may seem little things, but for me as a super busy mom it makes a big difference. Thank you Veronica and everyone at Falcon Glen.

Hello I would like to say that a representative that works in your office Veronica she's very polite very professional very patient and her smile just lights up the room I would refer anybody to go speak with her in regards to getting into a apartment there her professionalism her knowledge and her wanting to help people was amazing.

Falcon Glen staff is amazing. Veronica was the first person I talked to and she explained so much and made me feel very comfortable. She was really beautiful and professional. She took me to see some apartments and made me feel so welcomed. I can’t wait to move in soon.
